Ruth Baah-Gyebi has over 20 years of diverse Training and Business Development experience including course curriculum development and training execution.

She is an innovative and creative professional with experience in developing business talent, enhancing business management structure, performance management, employee relations and employee development. She specializes in training program design, workshop facilitation, workforce planning, coaching and consulting and project management. Ruth has over 15 years’ experience in Conflict Management Training and Creating safe work environment in preventing sexual harassment and other forms of abuse.

As a Registered Psychotherapist Ruth also brings in a wealth of people knowledge in understanding the needs of individuals and organizations. She is well known for her organizational skills and brings zest during presentations and captures the mind of her participants. She is often described by her colleagues as meticulous, conscientious, considerate and a “caretaker”.
